Adding a rooftop basket to the top of your Murano is gonna help solve the issue of having limited cargo space. As a Murano owner, you already know that you're kind of limited as far as how much you have in that cargo area, and this is gonna allow you to get those bigger, bulkier items on the road with you. I'm gonna open our hatch, and you can see that you have plenty of space to have your cargo basket on the roof without coming in contact with the top of your hatch. So it's super clear as far as that. Our basket is constructed a powder-coated steel, and it has an included Yakima fairing, that's gonna help cut through the wind as you go down the road. more

So this is gonna be a great option for ya, if you're looking for something to get a little bit more storage out of the Rogue, since you don't have a lotta room back there anyways, it's gonna be a great way to solve that. It's been great for any longer items, like if you have any golf clubs, or anything longer like that. And it's not gonna take up a whole lot of room on your roof, so you'll be able to use it with other accessories too. So let's take a closer look at it. Curt Roof Mounted Cargo Basket Review - 2022 Nissan Armada- Video
How's it going neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com and we're taking a look at the Curt Roof-Mounted Cargo Basket on our 2022 Nissan Armada. A cargo basket is going to give you ability to carry bigger, bulkier items that you wouldn't necessarily want on the inside so let's take a closer look at it. Our Curt Basket has a included fairing that's gonna help reduce the wind noise, you're gonna experience from your cargo basket, as well as giving you these nice sturdy tie down points if you're using cable ties or anything else. It is powder coated steel, so it's gonna be nice and sturdy, and that powder coating is pretty thick, so I feel very confident that it's gonna hold up for a while. You have padded brackets and a U-bolt style to fasten around your bars. The crossbar that we're using here are the NO Arrow Bars, and these guys are gonna work with just about every style across bar out there, factory bars, square, round, and elliptical so you wouldn't have much problems with compatibility. more

How's it going neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com and we're taking a look at the Yakima Skinny Warrior Rooftop Cargo Basket on our 2022 Nissan Armada. What the Skinny Warrior does for you, kind of how the name suggests, it's a more narrow basket and by design it's meant to give you some cargo area on top of your roof while not taking up the entire width of your crossbar. So you still have space open for a kayak carrier, bike rack, or any rooftop accessory, maybe even a tent, that could fit into that space. As you can see with the hatch open, you have plenty of space and no hazard of bumping into your hatch in the open position. It kind of cuts off in the further position right here at your rails. If you go with a crossbar set like the handle that we have installed, it doesn't use a fixed point, so you can make adjustments forward or backwards to accommodate whatever type of load you have in your basket. more

What's nice about this particular carrier is its size, so it's going to be 58 inches long and it's only gonna be 23 inches wide. Hey, everybody, Cooper here at etrailer. Today, we're going to be taking a look at the Yakima SkinnyWarrior Roof Rack Cargo Basket on our 2021 Nissan Rogue. Now, while our Rogue does offer ample storage space, if you have some items that are a little bit dirtier and you don't wanna keep inside your vehicle, or load it up with people and you need a little extra space somewhere else, this is going to be a great product for you. Now, our cargo basket is rated for 165 pounds and weighs 23 pounds. Those are two numbers that are important to know, because your crossbars and your roof, which is where all the weight is sitting, are going to be weight rated for different numbers. So not only knowing how much this weighs, but how much you can carry, you need to know all your components to make sure you are compensating for the lowest number, so that way, you're not overloading everything. more

Now right away this can be an excellent way of getting a lot of that precious cargo out of our vehicle and up on our roof. Now why that's great Of course, when you start getting a lot more people in our vehicle maybe we've got some kiddos, maybe it's a couple of friends going on a long road trip. So many great ways of just getting us a lot more space that way we're going to have all our snacks in the back all of our luggage on top with no problem. So the Yakima off-grid offers a lot of awesome features at the top here, you do see that we have a pried AdaptiBar at the top here or an accessory bar doesn't really have to be just for bikes. more

Yakima LoadWarrior Roof Cargo Basket Review - 2013 Nissan Murano- Video
Today on our 2013 Nissan Murano well be test fitting the Yakima Loadwarrior Roof Rack Cargo Basket, part number y07070. To begin our test fit well go ahead and place the carrier on top of our crossbars. Once we have our carrier on top of our crossbars we can then go ahead and make sure that each clamp is fit around our crossbars. Then we can use the wing nuts to tighten down each clamp. Once we have each clamp tightened our installation is complete and were ready to start loading accessories. That completes todays test fit of the Yakima Loadwarrior Roof Rack Cargo Basket, part number y07070. more

Thule MOAB Roof Top Cargo Basket Review - 2013 Nissan Murano- Video
Today on our 2013 Nissan Murano, well be test-fitting the Thule MOAB, also known as the Mother of All Baskets, Roof Top Cargo Carrier, Part number TH690XT. To begin our test-fit, well go ahead and place the carrier on top of our roof rack. Well swing around the clamps to fit around the crossbars. Then, well use the included wing nut to go ahead and tighten down the clamps. Once we have all four clamps tightened, we can then go ahead and install our covers. With that, our cargo carrier is installed, and were ready to start loading up some accessories. more

Thule MOAB Roof Top Cargo Basket Review - 2008 Nissan Sentra- Video
Today on our 2008 Nissan Sentra we're going to be test fitting the Thule Mother of All Baskets Roof Top Cargo Carrier, part number th690xt. It's good to go ahead and pre-measure how far your crossbars on your vehicle are away from each other that way you can preset the brackets on the cargo carrier. To load our cargo basket we'll simply place it on top of our crossbars, lining up the security clamps with our load bars. Once we have the clamps around our load bars we can go ahead and thread through the bolt and tighten it with a wing nut. We repeat that process for all the clamps. Once we have all of our clamps tightened down we can then put on the covers that go over each clamp. more
